The team at Smith.ai have been so supportive. They have created my chatbot and playbooks. I now have the ability to answer prospects chats with a live operator in seconds...not hours. I don't understand why so many companies treat their clients and prospects so poorly by not communicating in hours or days. EVERY company should be using Smith.ai. Consumers expect answers quickly...not tomorrow.
