Solid as a rock, and I mean that literally. In my first ten weeks with vinCreative, I have not experienced a single outage or data hiccup. That kind of reliability is not something I take for granted, especially after the platform we migrated from, which dropped out at the worst possible moments during fulfillment runs.
The bug count is almost suspiciously low. A minor display glitch in the distribution reporting screen appeared once and was patched fast. Everything else has just worked. For a department managing both DTC and wholesale in one system, that consistency matters enormously.
