Honestly, the thing that sold me in week one was how cleanly Zoho Projects connects with the other tools my small team already lives in. Our five-person crew uses Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM alongside this, and the handoffs between them feel genuinely thought through. Tasks created from a CRM deal show up in the project board without any manual copying. That alone cut out a daily annoyance I had resigned myself to. The calendar sync worked on the first try, which is more than I can say for the last tool we trialed.
The built-in document management also matters more than I expected. Storing briefs and spreadsheets directly inside the project, without bouncing to a third-party service, keeps things tidy for a team our size. Bug Tracker is something I want to explore as we grow. Customer support answered my one setup question within a few hours, no runaround. Two months in, I have zero regrets pushing for this one.
