Getting 80-something employees onto a new password manager in a single week sounds like a nightmare. With LastPass, it genuinely wasn't. The browser extension installs in minutes, the admin console walked me through provisioning step by step, and most of my department figured out vault basics on their own without a single ticket to me. That first week, I was bracing for chaos. Instead, I spent most of my time on other things. The onboarding documentation is clear and actually current, which is rarer than it should be.
About a year in now, and the experience has held up. MFA setup and SSO configuration are solid, and the shared folder structure makes access management straightforward. My one real gripe: customer support response times can drag. When I hit a billing question a few months back, it took three days to get a useful reply. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you expect fast turnaround on account issues. For the price and what it covers, I'd say it earns its place.
