Onboarding took me maybe half a day. Contacts imported cleanly, the pipeline stages made sense straight away, and I wasn't hunting through a help center to figure out basic navigation. That first week set the tone for three-plus years of actually using the thing daily.
The one gripe: getting automated workflows configured the way I wanted took longer than it should have. Solid documentation exists, but it assumes a bit too much upfront. Still, if your department is evaluating CRMs and dreads a painful rollout, this is genuinely one of the friendlier starts I've had.
