The analytics and reporting suite is the reason my agency keeps renewing year after year. Specifically, the impression and click tracking per listing has become central to how I report back to clients. Every month I pull campaign performance breakdowns, compare visibility trends across multiple client profiles, and use that data to justify ad spend. Five years of that workflow, and the reporting has only gotten more granular. It does not feel bolted on like it does on a lot of comparable platforms. It feels like someone actually thought through what an agency managing multiple accounts would need to see at a glance.
Managing half a dozen client profiles from a single seat is smooth, and the targeted audience that Serchen delivers means the leads my clients attract are genuinely relevant, not padding. Customer service has been responsive whenever I have had billing or listing questions. Honestly, for the price point, I would struggle to name a directory platform that gives this level of insight into how placements are actually performing.
