Every button is where logic says it should be, and onboarding new staff, volunteers included, takes minutes rather than an afternoon. For a small nonprofit running lean, that friction-free experience is genuinely worth something.
They've kept the interface clean through multiple updates without burying features I rely on. Password-free access sounds like a gimmick until you watch a 60-year-old program coordinator log in on the first try, every time. Solid product.
