The first week with PESTlogics was the smoothest software rollout I've personally experienced. That's not nothing. We're a growing team that had been piecing things together with spreadsheets and paper logs, so I expected a steep learning curve, some confusion, and at least one frustrated technician. None of that. The onboarding documentation is genuinely clear, the interface walked new users through chemical tracking and activity logging without much hand-holding needed, and when one of my field leads got stuck, their support team answered within the hour with an actual solution.
A year in, I still appreciate the chemical activity records most. Compliance reporting used to eat half my Friday. Now it doesn't. The site and service location management also holds up well as we keep adding clients. My one gripe is that the mobile experience can feel a bit clunky on older devices, so if your field crew is running older hardware, just be aware. Overall though, PESTlogics has been exactly what a fast-growing operation like mine needed.
