I have recently moved to WebHost as a host for my client's websites. Two of the main issues with my previous host (1and1) were the slow response times and the somewhat cumbersome client portal that hasn't seen major upgrades over the last 9 years. Although 1and1 has been fairly solid, they have also grown too big and as a result struggle with customer services (even for business users). I noticed that the US i-Page has similar problems after a quick trial this month (I did get my money back). So far WebHost has answered all my questions and solved every single issue (even small ones) immediately ... that builds trust. I can get on with my work without having to wait days for answers and having to explain this to anxious clients. cPanel is a wonderful tool once you find your way and prices at WebHost are also very acceptable for a small business. Give them a whirl and find out for yourself.
