My first interaction with customer support was wonderful, as well as my second and third encounters. The staff are witty, considerate and pretty much available around the clock. In my opinion, when all is well and running smoothly, we don’t get the chance to see how businesses perform under duress. If I have to rate my experience with Kvchosting on a scale of 1 to 5 with consideration for every experience I’d be remiss to suggest any less than 4.5. In retrospect, the team at Kvchosting continues to try and meet us where we are (newbies) and help us to learn and manage our services, and it really doesn’t get much better than that.
