I had a very good customer service experience with Jive's tech department. The tech rep consistently followed-up with me via phone and email to trouble shoot the issues I was having with my phone. I was impressed with their fast response and patience during the process. I work in customer support and was grateful to experience professionalism and consistent support when I needed it in return.
