A few days ago, I contacted their Billing Support via Live chat, but got nowhere. Today, I thought I'd try again in the hope I'd get somebody different who knew what they were doing, and without any wait time at all, I was chatting to a guy called Shawn. Shawn investigated my problem for me, and sorted it out for me very promptly. Shawn was courteous, professional and personable, and I can only hope that the next time I need Billing Support, I'm lucky enough to chat with him again.
