I love the way my support call was handled. A chap called Harold at Support cleared every aspect of my problem. From a site that was malfunctioning affecting my other sub sites, that kept me up all night. One call to Support, and a Genius called Harold Sorted it out in 5 minutes. Something that could probably never had been fixed. The support team share a great depth of Windows hosting and IIS unrivaled - especially Harold. He should get a raise this month for all his hard work.
