Like all internet based company's Bargain Host are reluctant to speak to their customers! However, once I persuaded them to speak to me I was looked after by James Innes who was exceptional! James nursed my problem through to it's conclusion in a way that just doesn't happen on many occasions! I say promote him give him a pay rise and make certain that you don't loose him! Seriously if was running Bargain Host I would lock James in a room along with some trainees with a phone and instead of being customer shy I would invite the world to speak to him if they are having issues. I'm willing to bet that you would very quickly become the worlds most loved ISP!!
