We used to use eUKHost who were pretty good until early 2011 when their support turned to mush. Uptime was poor and tech support caused more problems than they resolved. When you ask them to release a domain name they insist on asking you why instead of just doing it. They transferred us to another server without telling us and in doing so took all of our 50 sites offline. The majority we restored within about 12 hours but half a dozen or so were offline for over 24 hours and, even after they were (badly) restored there were still ongoing issues. In total we spent about 30 hours getting the sites back up from the mistakes caused by eUKHost. We sent an invoice to them for the time we had to spend resolving problems caused by then - their reply? They gave us 24 hours to move all our sites to a new host because we 'had threatened them'. What a joke!

At the end of last year (Oct 2011) we moved every one of our sites to a different provider who have been a billion times better than eUKHost. Be warned - eUKHost's prices may be reasonable but their support and technical ability is sorely lacking.
