Do NOT get involved with Fasthosts - they don't listen nor implement.
My credit card was charged twice for the same account. Keep an eye out for Fasthosts on you cc bills. This didn't happen just once either. I tried to cancel my account twice by email and then over the phone, but the payment demands keep coming with increasingly aggressive letters from Fasthosts - now three years since I cancelled. This was for a scientific website for our holographic assembler.
After a further unsuccessful phone call attempt today reminding them that I cancel in 2011, I am having to resort to a cease-and-desist letter to Fasthosts from my lawyer. If you have time to waste - this is for you!
