I had nothing but problems with this hosting company. I was with them for 3 weeks, and in that time, my game server crashed twice, not allowing anyone to login & support tickets got lost. I upgraded my server at some point and was told all was good, but the memory stayed on previous plan. Had to contact support to get that fixed too. When it was fixed, I'd lost half the work done. Not impressed in the slightest. Prices are expensive compared to the competition. Support only read half the ticket and you gotta send it in again for them to finish reading it.
