I used to be very impressed with UK2. But over the past year or so it's been going steadily downhill. There are too many different plans. Most of the problems are technical and relate to two things; the use of cpanel which is truly awful (though used by many ISPs) and their support which is expensive (50p/min). Today, I had to upgrade to get more bandwidth. That meant moving two sites that were already hosted with them. I had problems with something similar before, so I called support. Only to spend 10 minutes without getting anything working and then told I was 'out of time'. Tried & tried but no joy so called again. Then a passing comment lead to a solution and we came to the conclusion that their instructions have a significant omission. They didn't even realise this (and frankly don't seem to care in the least, possibly because it's 50p/min?). Awful, try anyone else first, because changing ISPs is a nightmare.
