I have been with UK2 for over 3 years now with their Reseller Plus account. In the early days as a new customer, things were great. However after the first year, things started to go downhill. I experienced regular downtime, and '24/7 support' started turning into 5 days a week support. Regularly never receiving replies on a weekend. Don't get me wrong, the free SSL and dedi IP's are great, but not at the expense of good uptime and reliability, and quality UK based support. The support has been OK. Some support agents shine through more than others, but clearly with UK2, they're cheap and and you get what you pay for. I shall be shortly moving my business elsewhere to another company. It will cost more, but it will be a small price to pay for better uptime, quicker support, and a more professional company who actually care about retaining your business and valuing you as a customer. Something, which UK2 need to learn to do. My advice, if you can afford a little bit more than UK2, go with a more reliable company from the start. While they're cheap, you may soon start to regret going with them.
