David and the Zenefits crew was extremely helpful, courteous, personable and extremely knowledgeable as we were moving our benefits over. However, since then, we've tried to communicate with their team on multiple occasions and our communication (emails and voicemail) seem to go into a black hole. We've attempted to contact them no less than 10 times in the last 6 weeks and have had no response. We didn't even get a courtesy reply that they had received it and when we might expect to hear back from them. It seems that they have mastered the art of acquiring the customer, but when it comes to keeping the customer, for us, it remains to be seen. If you're considering using them, I'd wait 3 - 6 months and revisit the reviews again to see if they've made any improvements.
