Truly appalling. Signed up for a "Premium" VPS, and paid by PayPal. After a week, countless e-mails and 3 support tickets I heard absolutely nothing from the company about why my VPS wouldn't come online.
I must now seek a refund, probably via PayPal as they're unlikely to respond to requests for a refund if they can't respond to requests for support.
(It's a shame, as their offering is probably the best value I've seen).
