Whilst I love that there is support 24/7. I was a little disappointed that I could not call anyone. A simple fix turned into hours on the online chat with mixed messages and changes of staff mid conversation. It was incredibly frustrating when I was just trying to get my business started. I spent a number of very valuable hours trying to understand vague instructions when the issue could have been resolved very quickly over the phone. Written communication if not done well, can leave a lot to interpretation. The trouble was also that the online staff were assuming knowledge I did not have, which meant that the instructions provided were not step-by-step instructions from the beginning.
