Can someone please let AH know that their customer service sucks and so does their app, are you getting same generic responses over and over and over, "sorry for the inconvenience DM us so they can resolve the issue" but doesn't get a response. Or them claiming that your gps on your phone is basically not on or not working but you know damn well there's nothing wrong with your gps or phone. Here's what I'm noticing with AH, no one gets to a $500 payout, not that I would need that much, but I'm noticing once you do a payout they stop adding hours or they don't count or add hours for weekends. I'M STARTING TO REALIZE THIS COMPANY IS LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE....BS. I WOULD BE BETTER OFF GETTING A LOAN. LESS WORK.
