After “accidentally” deleting my data we exchanged dozens of emails. The hosting was almost 10% down. I was placed on a rubbish server woth rubbish domains even though my site was very authoritative. I lost all my rankings and visitors and they did not cooperate with the move. They were rude, unprofessional and even childish. After 6 months “carlajou” emailed me to ask me if i wanted to renew?? Worst customer service ever. Never ever go here. These people will mess up your site so bad and they don’t care. They lose emails and tell you you were part of a phishing scam (i was NOT!!!)

Constantly down, losing files, takes them over 4 weeks to restore my site from which they deleted the files by accident (was down for 4 weeks!!!) at least 10 support tickets before they help you. A joke basically. Website available but customer area shows "not active" which prevents me from managing my hosting. Support tickets are useless.
