Unfortunately, our experience with Signpost has been totally unsatisfactory. They have not provided the services we contracted for and after paying a $500 premium in order to have our own “guy”, it has been impossible to get a call back in any reasonable amount of time.
At this point, we have requested a refund of the over $3000 that we have paid thus far. We were told that we would be contacted by a supervisor by the end of the day……three days ago.
I guess the only option at this point is to write off the loss or go the legal route.
