Have been using OneSaas for 5 years to link Magento with Saasu and Mailchimp. It normally works flawlessly but every now and then it has a problem. Today we had an issue with an order not syncing correctly so I contacted support. I submitted the issue at 17:00 and expected it to be dealt with the next day, so was surprised to get an email from Customer Champion Adela at 19:22 advising that she had fixed the problem and asking me to check. Excellent work from Adela sorting it out so quickly and I am really happy as these things often drag out. Adela really is a Customer Champion!
