Overall a reliable company, good pings and for the most part, stable servers (there seems to be some routing issues with our overseas users but that may not be solely Hypanova's fault). Giving them a 4 for their communication and support. Sometimes they are great and respond within an hour, my last ticket however took two days to get a response. Today they have been down 12 hours past their scheduled maintenance with no communication at all. They are a 5 star hosting company with 4 star support support, and 3 star communication. Would love to see them work on these areas, but overall I am impressed. I am on the Gold Plan.
