I was a little worried about this - I was/am with a previous reseller account elsewhere, and had a lot of customers to migrate. I'm only 10% through this migration process but so far so good.
Level of support is excellent - especially important when moving from one system to another and learning how to do things differently. I'm constantly amazed how quickly my support tickets are answered. The other facet is that the replies are knowledgeable and don't try to fob you off (which is the experience I have had with other companies).
Level of uptime on the shared hosting system seems excellent. The control panel is easy to navigate and responds quickly.
The rates for domain renewals are very competitive for .co.uk and .com names. Processing transfers, checkout etc all work smoothly and quickly. (Continued on Trustpilot).
