Reliable hosting with fast support
You don't want to contact customer support, it means either something has gone wrong or you want to do something. Luckily when I have contacted, it has been the latter as the hosting itself has been superb, much better than my previous host who I was with for 10 years or so but had to leave due to the progressively worse downtime.
But when I have contacted support, the responses have been swift and educated, not the usual templated replies of the bigger companies. The support team give me confidence that they know what they are doing which is great.
So yeah, highly recommend.
