I loved the app it's been going well until this last pay period. It hasn't been ponging me keeping track of my work hours and my location stays on. They received their money back from the last borrow I did but now I'm unable to borrow because they haven't been entering my hours. I sent my pay stub for the pay period that shows how many hours I worked, I provides screenshots of my account balance and that they've been paid for the last borrow and still no response to my stub or screenshots. This has gotten to be ridiculous. All because customer support isn't actively responding my actual rating is 2.5 we should have a customer service phone number to call.
