Persuaded by our HR support firm Peninsula to try this. Starts off very easy but you cannot delete a working time pattern once set up. Also care as it tends to use the default even if you have set up the employee and allocated the correct working time patter.. You also cannot delete a working time pattern. Also had a training call booked for 9.30 this morning but no call. No facility when you start part way through a holiday year to enter how many days an employee has left. What do I like? Easy to enter info and for staff to be able to update things, holiday requests and if we stick with it then to get Blip and staff can log their working time.
