have read many of the reviews sent in by different users and also response from Hostblast.
first i will say they have a very bad customer support, two, their live chat is not working. secondly, i bought an hosting package of platinum from them on the 30th of Oct 2018, and also paid for a domain totaling $34 dollar, up till this minute, the domain is not avail, showing not active, have opened up to 6 tickets with their various department yet no response. i opened a ticket with their billing and general support on the issue yet no response. What kind of an Hosting company is quick to collect money but absence to attend to customer complaint, even their facebook as not been used for years. i have several hosting with different hosting company non as ever being like this, Hostblast, am waiting for a response from you either here or on your site to respond to my tickets and refund me 100%.
