I used the app for 2 months and had no issues. It was great . Then about a month ago I was having this "bank connection" issue, all of a sudden. Now it won’t let me cash out after multiple screen shots sent and several attempts to chat with customer service. I just want the problem fixed. I have proved income and have used the service serval times in previous months with no issues. In theory, great idea..but their so called specialists have done absolutely nothing in the past month to resolve the issue. Nor has anyone followed up with me. Frankly, one star is generous.
