Not only did Mindbody onboard my small business and raise our rates tremendously, the functionality is not good and what one agent tells you is not what another says. The way that payment info interacts with the app and the database for clients is terrible and doesn't share info.
The mobile app sometimes hangs up and I have been given work arounds like "click on another client and come back", which is code for we didn't bother to test our program before selling the portion to you.
Another issue is that the majority of the functionality doesn't even apply to my business, yet I have to pay for it regardless. I would run and not walk to another company. I plan to leave as soon as I can.
