Initially a 1 start review turned into a 5
I'll be honest, I initially left a scathing 1 star review because of a bad experience when we cancelled the hosting service with them (for commercial reasons).
I won't go into that but the reason I've changed it to a 5 star review is the way they handled this situation.
I was a tiny customer to them and the CEO and other C-Suite reached out to me shortly after leaving the review and they worked hard to make things right.
That's very commendable and it's often how you handle these situations that really count to the customer and I think they handled it brilliantly.
