I haven't had this app for about a month. I was able to cash out a couple of times with no issue. Well now I too am getting the can't connect with your bank issue. I emailed Earnin and get an overall explanation of "well it's a third party connection issue, we should have it up and running/fixed shortly" well it is going on 2 weeks later and still the same "thanks for your patience we are still dealing" talk. No explanation of we will or won't be using Cap One again. Give your customers something besides the run around and I will gladly give 5 stars because when it works it is GREAT!
