I had over 25 websites and used their service for the past 5 years, so I know what I am talking about. They do not offer tear 2 support over the phone. Which is usually the people you need to talk to when you call for support. You can only speak to support through tickets. They refused to update my servers PHP (which reached the end of life) and was letting my sites get hacked. They also refused to move my sites to a new server with a newer PHP. A single 5-minute technical support phone call takes all day through tickets (because you can not reach them). I called and canceled my service over the phone with the manager and also submitted a ticket to cancel and they kept charging me for two months of no service. THEY WILL KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY>>> NO REFUNDS. They would not even refund me for my site which was going offline every ten minutes due to their server being overloaded with too many sites... STAY AWAY FROM THEM, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
