I have been a customer of RIJX, who was bought out by Alpharacks circa 2015. Fast forward to today (2019) I remain a satisfied customer of RIJX/AlphaRacks. The AlphaRacks team have since put me on much more powerful host nodes, and support is dramatically faster than the previous RIJX.
For anyone complaining - don't be so quick to judge. I see AlphaRacks recently acquired a few other hosting outfits, and most of the bad reviews here are probably from customers of those companies who are getting merged in. Give them a bit to get settled folks and you wont be disappointed. Take it from me, they merged me in from RIJX and all the major improvements started following in the months after. These guys definitely know what they are doing. They turned around RIJX and made the customer experience (at least in my experience) so much better. At least give these guys a chance!
