I see a lot of us are having the same issue recently. It won’t update the balance on my account. I spoke with customer service, whom explained they use a third party to connect with my bank account to get updates. I’ve provided endless screenshots, which in the past has helped with having things updated. I’m not sure if they’re having issues and choosing not to advise customers... because I spoke with my bank and they advised that updates have been sent. I think Earnin is having issues and instead of advising customers, they’re blaming the third party and customers banks for not sending and update. Which is completely untrue. In the months I’ve used this app I’ve never had this issue until now. As someone that has recommended the app to others, I must say I’m very disappointed.
