The Good the Bad and the Downright Ugly.
I have been hosting websites for my customers for 15 years and in that time I have experienced the good the bad and the downright ugly.
But in all this time I have not had a hosting company that just blew me away with their customer support. 20i is just staggeringly invested in positive outcomes for its customers. It amazes me just how well they understand and respond to the questions and deliver the support needed.
I am beginning to think it is staffed entirely by ex-web developers who know the pain of raising a support ticket only to be told "That's a YOU problem, not a US problem..." or words to that effect. They are both comprehensive in their replies, and genuinely helpful with their support.
We are launching a new service for small business owners and are in the middle of switching servers and even though have only been with them for two weeks, they are treating me like their most important customer... (continued on Trustpilot)
