This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a company. The CEO must be living in a dream if he thinks what he's advertising is good business. Your agents are clueless. Your engineers are slow. Your site is always breaking down and as a result we the consumer have to be inconvenienced. You really should have have gotten your house inorder before you started letting people in. This is obviously the result of cutting corners. This is what happens when you're no longer involved and the people who work for you have it all and now your consumers are left standing here, but we're going to need you to say something Boss man!
