I purchased an email subscription with crazy domains and with in an hour of purchase I tried to use this product and experience many issues. I spent over an hour with one of these technicians online via 24/7 chat and email to solve these problems with no results. I ask for a refund and it was denied only to be offered members credit. Which doesn't suit as I only purchased this email service as it's what I need and I didn't need to spend my money anywhere else on there site.
Last time I checked your entitled to a refund if what you bought was advertised as a WORKING subscription service doesn't WORK.
There terms and conditions also state they have a 72 hour rejection period which I was well with in.

An account credit; or
only in circumstances where a cancellation request has been filed within 72 hours, being the reasonable 'rejection period' of the purchase application being made.
In my circumstance my claim was made just 2 hours after purchase yet I'm told I'm not entitled to a refund.
I have written a complaint email to the company and still haven't recieved a reply stating I'll get a refund.
If you expect your product to work don't purchase from this company.
If your product doesn't work and you expect a refund don't purchase from this company
