I've been with Scala for a long time. I only have a handful of domains with them, but they treat me like a big customer. There has not been one time in all these years that tech support has not been on the ready to answer any one of my many questions; and I hit them up with a lot of questions. I treat them as my experts, and they come through with help or directions. And the nicest thing... I typically don't have to wait for support. Not a day, not an hour, not even a queue. Okay, sometimes a submit a ticket cause I feel bad that I bother them so much, and some questions are better answered that way, but they do not hesitate to answer their chat support. I don't know how they do it.
