I can honestly say that I have not encountered a worse reseller host EVER in the 15 years that I have been working as a reseller. The list of things that went wrong is a long one but the two that stand out as the worst is the fact that they take several hours to reply to tickets, being in India and despite assurances of 24/7 service were just not apparent. They also overcharged me and refused to refund me, threatening me with a $150 charge for reporting them to PayPal for not doing so! All in all they cost me 3 clients and I racked up more charges in trying to get backups of my site (NOTE they are not included, a little sneaky touch). It was a costly exercise but fortunately my new host at Krystal is more than making up for it with the best service and support I've ever had.
