We have an established Shopify based webshop and recently added Ebay. We run Sage One accountancy which we operated independently from the sales platforms, but as the business grew, the three systems have become increasingly difficult to manage. ONESAAS takes care of all that, connecting all programs together and allowing customer orders created in the sales platforms, to be automatically converted into an invoice in Sage, and stock levels in all three programs to adjust automatically. This frees up my time and allows other staff to help, improving efficiency. One word of advice - read the guides before connecting - we had some products in Sage with were Not Stocked items that can't be converted in Stocked. We had different SKU's for the same product in different locations. ONESAAS is only as good as the information you give it. Having said that, the Chat support is absolutely superb and despite my self inflicted issues, have guided me through everything required with ease. Highly recommended.
