I've found Highrise to be a little behind the times. It seems to have been passed out in terms of features and usability by other (low cost) CRMs such as Stride App. I'll probably switch from Highrise soon.

I used Highrise in my business to organize notes and email conversations among all my coworkers. It really is a great way to keep your business organized. Highrise has lots of advanced features too. I would definitely recommend this to other people.
