HubSpot is a great tool for all marketing activities: emailing campaigns, nurture campaigns, social media postings, advertising...
All information about contacts and related companies are in one place and you can easily switch between those views. You can see all activities of your contacts to improve your future campaigns.
The analytic functions are amazing: you can create campaigns including emails, forms and landing pages and compare the results over time. You can also create a funnel to track the lifecycle stages of your contacts.
Small functionalities are missing such as publishing carousel posts on social media. And creating landing pages isn't that easy with HubSpot.
But all in all: I recommend HubSpot

What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is our go-to tool for all our Marketing Initiatives. The best about Hubspot Marketing Hub is its User Experience. It is pretty much simple and their to-the-point approach (not showing too many options) is very beneficial. It has all the functionalities from Contact creation to email campaigns to Attribution tracking. One of the features that is very useful for us is its Contact Activity History. It has a huge impact on our business.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?
I have been using Hubspot Marketing Hub for years now, the main red flag in Hubspot is its lack of Artificial Intelligence capabilities. Hubspot do have generative AI for Content creation but it lacks AI functionalities in Analytics and Database cleansing. We are tedious process especially if you have a huge database.

A Force To Be Reckoned With..
The platform is intuitive with a minimum learning curve. We use it for Marketing and are in the process of migrating our Support team. Thus far, everyone has been happy with it. The analytics are incredibly helpful allowing you to share pretty dashboards with executives. I've used the most popular CRM for many years, and HubSpot is superior all around. Their blog and articles are chock full of helpful tips demonstrating their expertise. Teams evaluating the platform will not be disappointed if they select this as their all in one business platform!

Very grateful after finding HubSpots online courses for digital entrepreneurs, agencies and online marketing managers.
Really helpful, just completed the SEO exam with 59/60 after a little brushing up on my skills. Going to take more courses soon and would recommend / use their paid services when the time comes.
