Their CRM is extremely non responsive and their support even worse. There is a chat available but no one gets back to you. When they do get back to you via email all they want is to sell their "support packages" which offer 10 hours at a discount.
The reviews here on Serchen are completely false. You can clearly see that the people "reviewing" have photos similar to stock ones you can find online. The same for their names. And the most important thing to notice is that strangely all of them have left just 1 reviews on Serchen, or have reviewed more times only Simply.
I advise Serchen to check this in detail.

Simply has got the reliable 3rd party integrations. It is the hub of my workflow not because of its simplicity but because of the way it handles the contacts and scheduling of events.

Hello Micro/Small/Mid business users! I had tried Zoho, HubSpot, Insightly and Pipedrive! I found the CRM was trying to control my way of working, instead of the against. Simply lives up to the name. Contact segmentation is straightforward and leveraged by the integrations. Tech support is super good. Definitely the best I have to work with.
