Fantastic A++ product and service. My experience with 20i has been fantastic and has also saved me money! After numerous outages and email delivery issues with my previous reseller provider I decided to go out and find a new one to provide the stability and uptime that my clients expect and deserve. After doing some research I came across 20i and whilst they're a relatively new contender, the features they were offering over and above what I was already getting, along with the fact that their hosting was a saving of £80 on my previous supplier, I decided to take the plunge back in September and have been thoroughly impressed with the service from day one. I migrated most of my client websites with no downtime using the migration tool which made it simple and easy and just a couple of clicks to migrate, and then update the DNS. Simply the best.... I have been using these guys for around a year now. Words can't describe how good this company is. The packages are well priced. Uptime for me has been 100%. The speed the sites operate at is very fast. What really does stand out, where this company is concerned. Is its support side. It is simply phenomenal. I would mention names but to be honest I would probably miss one or two out which would be detremental to them. The whole team seems to work together and endevours to help you fix any problem with your website, mostly out of the scope of support staff. I can confidently say this. I will never use any other hosting company. No one I used to use before comes close in any way. If you are looking for a hosting company and can't seem to make your mind up. The answer is simple. Use 20i. You won't regret it.
