Waste of time, Make the rules up as they go along, change things, go against their own terms and agreements, waste hours with the standard reply they are checking but not actually doing anything. Avoid at all costs.

Great support by ticket all initial issues resolved. Have to say there seems to be no facility for emergency support EG the other night after a server move we had a couple of sites down. No resolution in several hours just constant "we are looking into this" replies. In the end we paid a freelancer who had both sites going again in 15 minutes.

Also tried their messenger chat twice with no replies and phoned and got no reply.

Not writing this off it IS a good service for the money but would like to see much better support and a chance to escalate for emergency issues.

I have contacted '24x7technicalsupport' via chat and I got connected in a few minutes, explained what the issue of my server is. They confirmed that the issue can be resolved, so I signed up, paid and open a ticket. In about 30 minutes they sorted it out. Very good experience compared to other similar service that got me spending $25 twice and did nothing for my server. Thank you '24x7technicalsupport' !!!

If you want to downmarket then go with them. We already got a lot of bad reviews and are still hearting business.
